The accommodation was built recently to the exacting standards specified by the Feline Advisory Bureau. Constructed without compromise, the spacious chalets are fully insulated and individually heated to ensure that our guests will be warm, dry and comfortable at any time of the year. Each luxury chalet has its own generous, well-ventilated covered run in which your cat can play or relax. The runs are separated from their neighbours so that boarders can see one another without direct contact or risk of infection.

The cattery is manned 24 hours a day and the chalets are protected by an alarm system.

We have units for individuals, or family chalets that accommodate up to four cats each.

The highest standards of hygiene and attention are maintained by owners Stuart and Janice Riddle. They are responsible cat lovers who have shown and bred Burmese and Birman cats since 1996.

Your cat will receive sensitive, regular individual attention including cuddles at no extra cost; at Pinecones no one gets ignored. If your cat is receiving medication we will administer it as required, free of charge. Veterinary insurance cover during boarding is included at no extra cost.

We know that caring cat owners will want to inspect the premises and meet the owners and staff. We encourage you to do so, please contact us to arrange a visit.
